If you can log in, then your account isn't deleted. Characters don't get deleted, but you might have entered the wrong server. (Tip: the recharge section shows the list of all your characters, on all servers, so check it out, maybe you're looking for it at the wrong place!) Also it's possible you haven't accepted the GDPR compliant regulations, so you should do that if u haven't (it's on the top right *on on the client), and that should unlock your characters (might take a few mins iirc).

[Events] New Event Cycle - 15th of September

Yet again another cr4ppy set of events, but I do have a specific complaint now. After you guys removed literally every single redeemable plate frags in all events, except 7 days of welfare, now even that hasn't shown up in 6 fckin weeks. One of the most important power functions can only be progressed by direct spending now?.. Why? In the past couple of months many events has clearly been made worse: lucky stars nerfed (de$picably without any warning or knowledge of the players, literally scamming us!), GP nerfed (bells packs, srsly?!), balloons nerf (no power items anymore), Ino's flowers nerfed (requirements raised), MGM disappeared due to gross incompetence of the devs, now we can't even get welfare - literally the ONLY source of redeemable secret plate frags - once a month, but not even every 6 weeks?!... It's quite clear in recent months the main goal of devs has been to make all events worse for us. Now I understand you guys would do literally anything - without moral reservations or remorse - to squeeze money out of the playerbase, but this won't make people recharge. It's new content, new ninjas, new events, new functions. Ofc that'd take actual effort (copypasting from the Chinese version), and competency, but keep going this way all you achieve is to turn players away - as evident by the rapidly dying servers.And here I am, posting this the 3rd time, making my criticism even more vanilla, coz - unlike scamming players out of their hard earned coupons and often: money - "personal attacks" (a.k.a. calling them out for what they factually are) against those who do that is a big no-no. So I don't do that. Welcome to Oasis!
