sugetsui, water main, Haku, and either gnw tenten or gnw kiba...preferably gnw Kiba
poison Tai setup..... gnw Kiba will hit them all and poison them and Hakus barrier will help deal more dmg aoe and poison more... water main is your healer with both skills healing ... and poison Tai skill....
will kill them with poison in a few rounds

Ok. You don't have a lot of synergy (only pain-related, but they're not really good for water main).
Since you have jigokido, i'd try to make your main a stun-machine instead of a healing bot.
Formation:
main-tobi-x
jigokido-kimimaro-x
x-x-x
Tobi is must-have these days, coz you need him to kill other unbalanced tobies.
You can swap Kimimaro for hinata if you want to have an acupuncture in you combo, but in most situations stun is enough. And you'll have 2 chances of acupuncture from main and clone. Kimimaro has a good rate of hiting tobi with mystery as a bonus. And your late-game would be stronger.
Talents: 2-3-3-2-1(last maybe 2 if you REALLY want this poison. But it's not very good with this team). Pet - repulse-lowfloat for a better combo or repulse-knockdown if you want some stability in case jigokido dies too fast.
