that land becomes more prosperous with higher level group, gnw winner, and so on
the land per say is like the giver of daily quests
higher prosperity ... .higher +% to daily quest xp
like top land out of 10 gets 10% bonus to daily quest exp
and so on
that away people join groups and participate in gnw and such forcing them to level up groups
stay in groups
participate in group events such as sage, gnw, and so on
then you can have a "war"
where you can pick sides
fire versus wind country
and lightning decides to help wind and water helps wind
so its actually fire versus 3
that will help stop one group from becoming unstoppable if the others work together
thus making people want to stay in one server preventing it from dying
then you can make a test server and try it out
if it works slowly implement it into newer servers to get people to move to them and cash again
or work it into the merging servers forcing people to stay to reap the rewards
all benefits will eventually go to the game as people will cash more for the new and shiny stuff you can get
and you dont even have to add ninjas for this to work
just a bit of a layout
