Level up Guy, and do this formation :

2-3-3-3-1
-Summon : Deer

MAIN - GUY - CLONE
X - X - X
KABUTO - KAKASHI - CLONE

Could burst teams by a good margin, but you need to adjust the formation vs specific lineups e.g. Naruto, Kabuto, etc. :)

From your ninja pool, here's 2 team you c*e for early stage for survival:

Team 1, Sakura - Kankuro GNW - Guy - Neji(normal)
Kankuro - Guy - Neji
Sakura - x - x
x - x - x

Team 2 - Hinata - Karin - Kurenai - Kidomaru
x - x - x
Kurenai - Karin - Hinata
x - Kidomaru - x

Team 1 usually can carry you up to stage 6, while team 2 if you want to do the first 3 stage without using team 1.
