1＃ Go ToI just draw 10 in summon andi got rune lv5 vapor you can see it in lower left corner in system
and in missions its still 0/2 plss fix i saved those summon scrolls so i can get my 100 points !

The *ons imply they are activated, because (if you look at your own w2 or anyone's w3) you will see "not yet activated for.... well... not yet activated event.
However, according to the screenshot, the server time have not reached week 2 yet, still half hour away, that might be the cause of the problem.
The event timings are really poorly set up... using a combination of local and server time or something.... -

my w1 is black, w2 is normal activated, and w3 is not activated, so shoudl be able to get it -.-* -

I dont know hwy people dont wait for the server maintenance to happen, then u are 100% certain events will be up to date. U got caught basically just becasue u saw then open up with will in a bit but u should of waited when the day actually resets. Personally its your fault for not waiting and im sure Dev's and mod's wont be able to help u -

Yet, if there is a unmarked wet/slippery spot in a supermarket and you slip and fall, you can sue the supermarket (as long as you are not the cause of the wet/slippery spot etc).
That can equally be avoided by being absolutely careful and paying full attention to the ground (as opposed to, I dunno, trying to find the stuff you want to buy).
Danger -- wet spot vs event that doesn't work, check
No "sign" for the danger: unmarked spot vs the event appear to be working based on display, check
Can be avoided -- by being super careful vs waiting until maint, check
What is the difference?
just because something CAN be avoided does not excuse bad design. Bad design are just bad design, irresponsible game developer now days.... -

I mean people have been playing for how much time now? Everyone should know by the is point when maintenance update is done. There is no reason to do something before its done even if it looks open cause u dont know if its a bug. What i learn form this game is dont take a * risk before maintenance because this game has issues. Plus dev's dont care about us if u havent realised that yet just from the server stuff and increasing ninja prices with events etc then u havent been paying attention. Nothing personal, just saying be safe and wait for maintenance casue if it is bugged after maintenance then they will do their job and repay u back. -
