I made a team like this as well but with Fire main, Tobi, Fu, Danzo.

Fire Main - Tobi - X
Fu - Danzo - X
X - X - X

Talents: 23321 c*so use 33321 if you run into a lot of people using barrier ninjas.
Summon: Monkey (to combo off of the occasional High float from Tobi)

i think the only downfall is only having a 3 position initiative for round 2 :/

UPDATE: I tested it out on other ninjas and I got wrecked after the 3-4 round. Not enough damage and Danzo's mastery can easily be countered. So gg
