Use Tobi mystery on his Tobi on turn 2, this will make your Tobis ignite trigger his Genjutsu mirror which will allow your Hinata to Acupuncture his Tobi.
On turn 3 you want to use your mains mystery on his main, the only problem is you will Acupuncture yourself, which is not ideal. So maybe what you want to do is either wait for your Tobi to attack, meaning you're gonna have to take a full combo from him, or you could maybe change summon so that your Tobi combos before Hinata. That way ignite will always be reflected by Genjutsu mirror but Hinata will be able to Acupuncture him.
Also, after you've used the first Tobi mystery on his Tobi (make sure you have higher initiative), you want to focus down his main as that will break his combo.
