Yes. Every draw counts to the end goal - a rare. Doesn't matter how you draw them.

As already said free draws count towards the total however just keep in mind 60 pulls is not a guaranteed Rare. It has good chances and it's the average one but sometimes you get unlucky and need 10 more

I pulled Orochi in around 20 - 25 pulls after my last one so I can't say for sure, maybe there really is RNG
if you want Ao just wait for kage treasure cos you can get him really fast
