Chojuro attacks 3 front ninja so there is a high chance that he starts a combo. Also because he attacks 3 ninjas you should buff his attack use water main with water buff and Haku if you don't have Mei for the barrier. Haku got also a good attack with the buffs. Use these 3 water ninjas so Chojuro gets water mains buff for sure because she buffs 3 water ninjas. Fourth ninja should be a tank maybe Hinata because she got acupuncture.
