Is there a better lineup than the one that I'm currently using? Also, should I replace Kabuto with Karin once I get her? Thank you!

you can try switch places between kakashi and kabuto and yes, after you get karin replace kabuto with her, also, what you can do is replace kakashi with sasuke after you get him to 3 stars and if you get kurenai in the meantime you can try this formation too:
