[ Help ] nerf earth main shield passive

  • Because earth is supposed to be a tank, whats a tank without its shield right?
the shields arent the thing making them tanky, the immunity to combos is because it reduced the damage you can make on then by a lot, shields just add to it.

give me an earth main using full shields and no immunity to combos and i kill the main in 2 turns 3 tops if our power is similar or his even slightly higer. the thing is i never focus on the earth main to begin with, my concern is the ninjas around the earth main that may shut down my team before i can shut down his.

no it wont, stop darui from iniciating the combo (simple interrupt will do the job) kill Cee quick and enjoy.

root of warrior only prevents status for 2 turns it doesnt stop you from interrupting the mysteries, for a team like that go full damage to kill them before they do anything dangerous. its still a great team but you can manage them.

don't just jump into conclusion that EMC is OP, so many ways to counter an EMC, play smart, the only down side is you can counter them but that same lineup might not work to other MC's.

i play all element types.
this is my conclusion.
Fire main just destroy earth mc sooo easily.
when u play other mains, it seems earth main is sooo annoying and tanky.
But earth main has the worst stat of initiative and if they both are at the same condition,
earth main is hit by first always. that kinda compensate long game and little bit op shield.

  • how about you add chaos, poisoning, ignition on your team, it bypasses the shields and goes straight to the life or even immobile or sleep and dont let them give the shields in the first place.

    take the shields from earth main and you better just delete the class all together, every class has strengths and weaknesses lear how to play with it and dont cry, or are you expecting to run a random team and still beat everyone? you can only do that if you really overpower the opponent and for that you need to pay.

all classes got strengths & weaknesses. & if you can't handle Earth shields,
you might just leave the game now.
Since the new Kage Treasure adds plenty ninjas with more earth shields every round. :lol

Blades on the same power lvl as crimson, basically slice them like *er :P

So your logic is that if you cant defeat the opponent in under lets say 5 turns the oponent is OP? Correct me if i'm wrong but that was the vibe i got from your post.

For a reason oasis has a 10 turn limit on the fights, that is how they balance the classes, and to avoid people from going full defense and heal up, dragging the fights. If you want less rounds get more power or deal with it, its how the game works.

Sorry about the cancer though, guess your medical expenses just went up <:3_60:>

You said it yourself, annoying being the key word.

Not OP to the point it needs a nerf like some of this players are asking for.

Just because something is annoying doesnt mean its broken, the class was designed to, if you want, play like that, and that is the point i'm trying to get them to understand.

Asian games give you the tools to play the characters in a variety of ways and is up to the players to choose what to do with each class, a concept rarelly seen in western games where each class can only be properly played in 1 way and everything needs to be easy enough to play. well in this game you have the tools to play any class (wind being the underdog if you dont rank the power) to the extent you want, if the players choose to make earth a full tank they can, its up to the others to figure a way around it, it may be annoying but its the essence of the game adapt and evolve.

If any class can complain it's wind, but that doesnt mean the others need a nerf, it means that wind needs a boost.

I'm really tired of the same argument where if someone is weaker than eveyone else, then others need to be weaker as well, why bring everyone down when you can just take the weaker one and make them strong like the others?

And this apply to everything in life why normalize the standards by the lower standard possible to be "inclusive" of the weak that dont want to put in the work, when you can actually be inclusive by helping the ones with more difficulties to reach ever higher standards in life? This is trully what is dumbing down humanity and will lead to our doom eventually. And for a good satyre of this I recomend anyone to whatch the movie Idiocracy from 2006, and you will see some of this stuff is already happening today.

I for once want a better future to all not a certain doom.
