I've also opened up a ticket "Question Number：458632", but ticket hasn't been much help.

I'm about to issue a charge back if problems can't be solved.

ticket help asked for a picture, gave it to them, and haven't heard 1 word back.

Charged some ingots on Amazon payments, and only the first round of ingots showed up.

please be patient. Sometimes it may take some time till you receive your ingots. Also, our support will take care of your ticket as soon as possible. They are really busy lately.
