Welp, this is what I got right now and its worked out pretty well so far (beating people with way more power than me xD )

Konan provides shields and buffs to all akatsuki ninjas on my side (up to 6) and there are other shielder's (Ao, Iruka) for individual groups

I think the main idea is to have debuff and sustain teams with at least 1 healer each group, that way your ninjas dont die of too fast.
