  • By all technicalities, Sage Naruto isn't a super rare, if you're calling him that, all you're leaving is anything less than the 60pulls.. which leaves you Zabzuba, Kakashi, And Guy....

    Tendo, Hashirama, and Sasori(100 Puppets) are currently the only Super Rares.



    But to answer the topics question, Sage Jiraiya/Jigokudo
I'm not calling him a super rare. I excluded him because I know everyone will vote him since he's no doubt the strongest rare you can get from 60 seals.
