By all technicalities, Sage Naruto isn't a super rare, if you're calling him that, all you're leaving is anything less than the 60pulls.. which leaves you Zabzuba, Kakashi, And Guy....

Tendo, Hashirama, and Sasori(100 Puppets) are currently the only Super Rares.
