I invited a friend on facebook to join the game, attempting to get the rewards for them recharging and leveling up, but when my friend completed his first time recharge, the *on to claim the reward on my account still just says "Invite Friends." Can this be addressed, and my account be credited for the missing rewards?

I logged in and saw the rewards in my inbox, but those aren't the ones I was looking for. Specifically, I was looking for the first time recharge rewards. Mikimoto bought a 50 Ingot pack and I was supposed to get the 100 coupons, Seal Scroll, Level 3 Magatama and 5 Konohamaru fragments - much more important than 5 Sakura fragments and some easy to obtain pieces.

Is there a way to look into that? Those are the ones I actually want to receive.
