No, I checked with bank, There are no alerts, no errors or anything, it came right on out, So I don't understand why it wont let me :/

After Paying, this company said High Risk :/

When you tried to recharge more then 2-3 times,it gives 'high risk' issue,so you have to wait 24 hours to recharge again or try some different methods like 'paypal or skrill'

Hello,

high risk error means you are on high risk error list. System thinks your payments are or may be dangerous. All you have to do is use different payment method (for example PayPal). After successful payment, system will remove you from this list.

Did what you said, used Skrill and then tried afterwards and still thinks I am high risk afterwards
