  • Its a good system, i myself run with 200k a day you get a maximum of 2 days of not donating while online before you are warned and removed after 24h.

People offline are allowed to be offline up to 4 days unless they have informed leaders of their inactivity in which case they are allowed the time they said they would be off. We keep track of everything in a google doc that is colour coded.

Majority end up donating maximum since they want to get group skills etc as fast as possible.

Sofar there hasnt been any major issues and overtime we remove many people that just sit and try to reap rewards which in a server like mine that is extremly inactive lately means in the future we MIGHT get some actual competition in wars instead of just steamrolling trough it.
Wow If i used your system id have 0 members left in my group. You cant expect people to donate so much every day or not being allowed to be offline for that long. Sure if they gone for 2 weeks they probably quit but unless you are on super populated server you cant maintain players numbers with such strict rules especially since a lot of people play casually. I end up kicking 2-3 people every week for not meeting 300k a week if i did 200k a day..... In my group Majority of players will donate lots anyway but about a quarter of players will struggle. Also do you keep track of donations of every single player every day? That must be lots of hassle doing that kind of spreadsheet. In my group Majority of players will donate lots anyway but about a quarter of players will struggle. This post was last edited by Belerephon at 2016-11-27 10:05

  • Oh i can actually we are still the strongest group on the server since we are a dying server. The main reason of doing it like this is weeding out active people that still play but dosnt wanna donate here since that might mean we get some competition in war with our server being like it is. We still have over 60 active people that follow the rules everyday.

Oh and the spread sheet isnt much work its literally just adding a color depending on if they donated or not.

Which we alternate around the leadership, which would be all the anbus/seniors and myself. we have a council of sorts that handle all affairs jointly and we vote over every big issue.

Hm i didnt think of colour coding it thats pretty brilliant but doing it every day i couldnt handle that. We have 2 strong groups left on our server and im the leader of one of them and between the 2 of us either they or us win the ninja war because there is so few players left i cant really afford to make the rules this strict otherwise id run out of players. I only enforce the 300k a week to weed out inactives and spies.

  • oh thats what you have anbus and seniors for ^^ We rotate it and help eachother out to make sure it gets done.

Well we were doing this when it was only 2 groups aswell. People on our server always wanted to join us more since we handle the packs differently and have a fun atmosphere. Its not that strict honestly since around 30 of the people in the group wants me to increase the donation minimum to 500k a day lol
Well i got spreadsheet for war participation and pack distribution but for donations im mostly eyeballing it and i check days away and total donation history every saturday. But as a result we got 20 members less than the other group because they dont have a donation limit and they dont kick for that i think. This post was last edited by Belerephon at 2016-11-27 12:19
