1＃ Go To(because there seem to be people who don't get how it works yet; and besides a nice summary makes everyone's Thanksgiving a little brighter XD)

**How do these donations work, anyway?** Group donations are pretty vital in an active group like this, so please donate when you can! But how, and why?
**THE HOW** First, join a group XD y’all are good on that. Next, go to your bottom left and find “Group”. Under what shows up first – Group Activities – you can keep tabs on our current progress with the group and how many funds we need to upgrade levels. To *donate* - go to Group Donations. There you can donate coins to the group. Donate in multiples of 3000, since each batch of 3000 coins you donate gives 1 group fund to us and 1 group contribution to you. If you click in the box where you donate, you can see how much you’ve donated so far and what your maximum daily donations are – these are based on level, I think. So when we say “max donations” we mean that a level 79 like me has donated 1200000 coins, which translates to 400 funds/donations.
**THE WHY**1. Group skills, which are better than strengthening post 50 or 60.
2. We won’t kick you XD a history of lots of donating gains you 3-4 extra days of offline time before we kick.
3. It benefits all of us to have something on the board daily, for not only upgrading, which gives power to all group members including yourself, but for the new activities thing.
4. Bounties! And heads up, if you don’t have a medal you can’t auto-complete bounties, so to do a donation bounty you need to be 9000 below the max. I’d wait until after you’re done your 2 S-ranks, at least, to max; otherwise you’ll be missing EXP. (Anything’s better than the time I thought I was so cool, planning ahead for a situation just like this… when I realized I left 3000 un-donated, not 9000; or 1 fund instead of 3 XD d’oh)
**OUR SYSTEM**
@everyone For anyone who doesn't know the donate system thang, here it is for future reference: "The plan is to save coins Mon-Thurs and donate max or as much as you can on Fri-Sun. This way we can upgrade group stuff and no one feels pressured to donate every day."
So, Mon-Thurs just donate whatever you feel like for bounties, 8 Gates, because you can, etc.; and Fri-Sun's donations depend on how much you've saved and what your daily max donation limit is. If you don't hit the limit, don't feel bad; I usually don't either, mostly (shh don't tell XD). But the point is to give y'all a break and then push for updates on the weekends. -

- Thanks ^_^ although, I'm making an addendum because the donations thing under the new Group Activity feature is donations of any amount daily... so, maybe 3000 coins min every day, I think~
Its a good system, i myself run with 200k a day you get a maximum of 2 days of not donating while online before you are warned and removed after 24h.
People offline are allowed to be offline up to 4 days unless they have informed leaders of their inactivity in which case they are allowed the time they said they would be off. We keep track of everything in a google doc that is colour coded.
Majority end up donating maximum since they want to get group skills etc as fast as possible.
Sofar there hasnt been any major issues and overtime we remove many people that just sit and try to reap rewards which in a server like mine that is extremly inactive lately means in the future we MIGHT get some actual competition in wars instead of just steamrolling trough it. -

Wow If i used your system id have 0 members left in my group. You cant expect people to donate so much every day or not being allowed to be offline for that long. Sure if they gone for 2 weeks they probably quit but unless you are on super populated server you cant maintain players numbers with such strict rules especially since a lot of people play casually. I end up kicking 2-3 people every week for not meeting 300k a week if i did 200k a day..... In my group Majority of players will donate lots anyway but about a quarter of players will struggle. Also do you keep track of donations of every single player every day? That must be lots of hassle doing that kind of spreadsheet. 24 hours is a little harsh with us, but we might have to be more harsh because we're at maximum capacity XD -

Hm i didnt think of colour coding it thats pretty brilliant but doing it every day i couldnt handle that. We have 2 strong groups left on our server and im the leader of one of them and between the 2 of us either they or us win the ninja war because there is so few players left i cant really afford to make the rules this strict otherwise id run out of players. I only enforce the 300k a week to weed out inactives and spies. -

Well i got spreadsheet for war participation and pack distribution but for donations im mostly eyeballing it and i check days away and total donation history every saturday. Oh when it comes to packs we run a vote system where members vote for the people to get packs, you cant get one 2 weeks in a row and you cant get legendary 2 times in a row. It really keeps people happy and the council handles the packs that are left over if people vote for the same people.
It is also not much work since all i gotta do is keep track of votes and who got what pack what week which takes like 5 minutes of my time on saturdays.
