Same as normal refine initiative it increases your mystery speed. Purifaction is basicly a % increase ontop of your refines meaning highest refines = highest boost from purification

Initiative is what decides who goes first. Not only with mystery, but every move. Initiative is Very important, more so on your first and second slot ninja.
