Why go for Mabui when you can get purification runes?

She is a common pull from Kage Treasure anyway so I would wait.

If you really want a new ninja, then I would go for Shika since he's only available via events.

Ye I got 11 frags of shika and max runes since you can't actually get as many runes as I thought and I had about 1200 points from renewing the medal
