Im having the same issue i topped up a few times cause i kept changing my mind and now I cant top up when i finally got what i needed from sage key

Also I did see your use another payment fix but i tried using paypal and it just failed and said sorry you cancelled transaction or payment failed which I didn't and it should work

Same, i use paypal method but it says cancelled transaction or payment failed. Please resolve the issue.
