Could you elaborate on wot you mean?
If you refer to equipment upgrading, that'll depend on your ninja exam level to obtain the appropriate upgrade scroll and the necessary mats. If it's ninja tools, at lv70, you'll open up TI 70, which has 3 new purples and 1 gold tool for you to play around.
If you refer to a new set of equipment (eg. kunai, headband, etc..) for the 5th or more ninja then I'm afraid that's not possible as yet.
