How To Add Image in Forum

Hi there good folks of Naruto Online, i've been roaming this forum for quite some time and then it hit me, i DONT KNOW how to post image in the forum lol. Some thread have awesome picture that can be clicked and resize by using the mouse 'wheel' , so if any can share with me (and maybe some other shy folks) how to manage it, i'll be quite grateful. PS, tried searching in forum using *pic* *image* for related thread, cant find one.
