Whoa, you got alot of cool ninja lol, anyway here a few formation that is quite good in ranked battle :

Semi Revive Team (control, clone shield, combo, oro hax revive)
Shikamaru - Sai/Ao - x
Ino - Orochimaru(Traitor) - x
x - x - x

Normal Spike Team (combo+ignition, clone shield, dem heals)
Lee(8 gates) - Kiba - x
Sakura - Sai - x

I used Garra, Tsuande, Kakuzu and Kisame. This team really does a lot of damage and is the last team standing. Make an L formation with them. Garraa in the front, Tsunade behind garra and Kakuzu behind Tsuande and put Kisame in the back with no one in front of him
