Unfortunately he needs a review as he is easily the worst akastuki you can earn/buy. His chase ability causes low float which is difficult to follow with the lesser rare ninja's or summons. Once u find a gold summon that will chase low float twice he becomes a little easier to put in a line up. His mystery isn't very team useful either as it can be overridden before you can benefit from the 100% charkra. Not to mention his crow passive in that mode still doesn't proc enough to really be effective. All in All imo I've only seen him do okay in groups with ninja who have multiple chase skills.

I think the Susano version will be BOSS Status when they release him though. You can check him out on the simulator
