Unfortunately he needs a review as he is easily the worst akastuki you can earn/buy. His chase ability causes low float which is difficult to follow with the lesser rare ninja's or summons. Once u find a gold summon that will chase low float twice he becomes a little easier to put in a line up. His mystery isn't very team useful either as it can be overridden before you can benefit from the 100% charkra. Not to mention his crow passive in that mode still doesn't proc enough to really be effective. All in All imo I've only seen him do okay in groups with ninja who have multiple chase skills.

You need to put him in position 9. So he will be the last person to use a mystery. This way you can get the benefit of the 100% chakra.

Team him with anyone who can generate extra chakra and you can get a very strong and demolishing 2nd round. But Itachi is a support he needs to be built around not just added in.

Kankuro 3* (GNW preferred), Tenten GNW both work well with him as they both turn 2 just hit the enemy with the Trifecta of Poison, Ignite and Paralyzed.

I think the Susano version will be BOSS Status when they release him though. You can check him out on the simulator

I really don't think it would be a real big difference for some reason.
