Ye why heck itachi were there twice and i dont think non of these controlled ninetails. (Note Hashirama only sealed ninetails)
So first of all i was like ye this is translation error and 1 of those itachi's is correct answer but nope.
Not first time Anko quiz has taken valuable exp from me but will not be last time :/
