5 basic attribute but more ninjutsu is good.

Just get the top 5 Basic stats max first, give priority to att/nin first, as it will help you slightly during nine tail. Then put def/resistance and hp.
Others doesn't matter much, so only do them when yo uhave lots of spare points and time.

I just keep putting 1 in every skill. I have loads of time, and so I can do that. I have all of them at 21 right now.
