here is my breeze lineup for Pain Jigokudo.
Couldn't find anything before. so hopefully this helps





You can switch out Naruto for anyone who creates low float - if you have slug summon.
Also you can switch out Kankuro for other ninjas who can combo with first move low float.As well as switching talents to suit your fighting style and team formation :)

His heal is very good and can be very useful with empress team; hinata, breeze, kurenai as well.
