When I try to log-in on the mini client, it pauses at 14% and a message appears that says "Connection failed. Please contact customer service for assistance". I am from Server 196: Tenchi Bridge. What is the problem and what do i do about it? Thanks for reading this. I look forword to the response.

this is problem with unstable or slow internet connection.
