thank you for reporting your problem to us. In order to find where is the problem, I need "hylogfile" from you.

How to save the file : Directly type "hylogfile" on your keyboard. No chatbox is required. A file will pop up, save it and send it to this email with your Character name, Server ID and UID please - daiskenarutoonline@gmail.com

So next time you meet this problem, please save this file for me. Our team is still investigating this issue.
