I tried the following:
1. Clear Cache
2. Log out Forums, Game, Facebook accounts
3. Tried to use VPN using HK Server but still the same issue.

My Internet connection are good. I can watch youtube, streaming videos and browse sites with no problem.

My In game name is: Seijuro
Server: 179 Hidden Stone

I am a paying customer so please prioritize my problem.

Can you please provide me other solutions for this like Port Forwarding guides because I cannot play your game now and I like this game.
