But for the last month they havent been able to because Oasis said "two payments were cancelled, contact the card company to have them reverse it", but the card company checked the transaction ids given but never got them so nothing could have been cancelled, its just let the payment was never requested from the bank. Is there a way to have Oasis just re-charge the account for those missing payments to allow my friend to recharge again? Reply

I find that odd. Transaction ids don't come out of nowhere, for oasgames to have them, they must be generated on the bank side first. So if they have the ids, it means the transaction must have initiated, thou possibly never completed. How can the bank not have them? It's an impossibility from a technical standpoint. Someone must have messed up, either oasgames is giving you ids that doesn't belong to the bank, in which case bank have no way of checking for the transaction, or the bank transaction system contains serious flaws, in which case I suggest you change to a different bank.

Changing payment methods would be fine, except my friend cant recharge at all until it gets resolved, he gets taken to a different landing page than everyone else because of the errors.
