My account has been locked and no one is providing me with any useful help. I sent in the repayment form and they have yet to process it. It is not a problem with my bank. Oasis hasn't even charged my card yet and I sent them the repayment form a few days ago. I need my account back, I did everything right, so why isn't anyone doing anything to help me? Below is a picture of the form I filled out and uploaded to Oasis.
