Do not buy the 699 ninja tools as you will get it alot in 81 TI. As per the book(299), you only get purple book from 81 TI, so it is upto you really.

Yeah all the super rares mainly 6 are obtainable from the TI 81 instance and they are pretty common the drop rate. Only difficult part some * f2p players might have is the difficulty.

It's only difficult if you're trying to do TI 80 by yourself. If you do it with at least one other person, it should be pretty easy to clear.

The 81 instance has a purple book. I haven't seen a golden one as of yet, so maybe that one is worth it.

you can only get purple book on lvl 81 TI so the vended book atm is i think good investment ;P

might be worth it. Though you get a purple book from 81 TI. So those who are at 80 already, might not be worth that much.
That rope is definitely not worth though, its a pretty common drop in 81 TI.
