Pick any one of them. You're going to unlock all of them sooner or later and chances are, you won't switch mains often, since you won't have the ninja for it.

I love Azure Fang, for example, but I refrain from using her for the most part, because I don't have the proper ninja to do damage during Nine Tails.

Just do what you want.
