This is for SA I take it. Start off using main characters punch to stop the poison. Put Chiyo in back of the formation and put MC in position 1 to counter effectively. Jirobo is in position 3 and Astral Path is in position 2. Your combo should be around 12 at the end of the turn. Shizune poisons you, before she can attack on the second turn activate Astral Path's mystery and start up Chiyo's combo again. You will easily get a 25 attack chase out of this before she has a chance to heal.

Chiyo + Ningendo + MC + Gold summon repulse to knockdown, followed by someone chasing Repulse/high combo
16 hits. Now before Shizune acts Ningendo starts the combo up again using his mystery. 32 total hits.
I never mentioned Shizune nor did op, just that max possible combo from mystery is 20. And you only need like 6-8 combo anyway to win Shizune/Karin if you use summons.
