Ask people in your group to go with you.

just do a lower tier by yourself if you can't find anyone...
Do level 30, or what you can solo...

the window closes after 1... doubt anyone can Q after that so extra waiting probably not helpful....
finding mates for TI should only be difficult for top 10 players of the server thou when they cross into next tier, especially top 3-5. Granted, those people tend to be ptw and some of them can solo.... Beyond those few thou, it shouldn't be too hard to find ppl to go with for TI. remember, matching will only "finish" if there are 3, but actually for most TI(except the first when we are all weak and noobish) can be easily done with just 2.

I'm the highest exp in my group, it was bit challenging grabbing one of the only 6 people who reached 81 before me, but I got 3 runs everyday for the 4-5 days until the next person got to 81(who is in my group) and even got in the bff run all except 1 day(ended up in a 70s for bff that day) ppl skillz(cry and beg! jk, I'm on good terms with at least half of the 6 super ptws) is important

still better than waiting in arena at midnight to get your daily :L:L

You can do it solo as well.
