Hitting the red X to close the page and talking to Anko again quick makes the actual question show up too. You'll want to be quick indeed though, because from what I could tell even if it shows that Null screen with frozen time its actually still ticking down behind it, for whatever reason.

I found who is Grandchild of Hokage III? The answer is Kurotsuchi.
It should be Tsuchikage instead of Hokage.
