Nobody got a 3 star from the first seal scroll ( karin shizune zabuza kakashi idk if theres others ) did they remove the chance to get a 3 star on the first seal scroll or this is a server bug :'(

No, it's the first or rather it was the first. You just think it's the second because you have to free pull first.

i did get 3 star in first seal althought it was kakashi which later i got from 7 day :L;P
