Yes or no? Level 4 to level 5 magatamas give very little power relatively so I am thinking it could be worth it, and I never really seen golden cane at 70 instance drop much so it might be similiar to 80TI but wanted to hear everyone's thoughts?

It is fairly common in the 80 TI. I have gotten it around 4 times since the update.

No, you can get it easily from TI 80.

You can get it from the 80, technically 81 Team Instance.

Maybe I'm just incredibly unlucky since I can't seem to get it from 80 instance.
