Sometimes i can bypass defending players hinata dodge with normal non puppet attacks and i was wondering is this basedo n level difference or of control or injury?

Hinata's dodge isn't 100% guaranteed, and if your level is drastically higher than your opponent's, it'll be easier to land a hit. She also can't dodge while she's immobilized, and certain multi-hit attacks will hit her as well.

Thanks l i was hitting her with my hinata and wind main but ye there was a level difference but i was just curious if something like control let you bapass this also.
