Regarding Midnight Blade's skill "Anbu Special Assault Tactics" (When the main character is present, increase the Taijutsu damage to ninja's from your own field and Heal yourself of a certain percentage of damage when taking a Taijutsu attack.) and "Enhancement of Lightning style Ninja" (Increase Ninjutsu and attack up to 3 Lightning attribute ninja's from your team by 40% for 5 rounds.) which would be Superior for a team consisting of: Midnight Blade, Sasuke, Gai and Iruka? (Iruka won't benefit from Lightning Style but does from Anbu Special Assault Tactics) on Ninetails event?

The Anbu Special Assault Tactics isn't very clear how much % the Taijutsu increases.

Does someone knows if this ability is considered a buff? Because I want to team my lightning main with Yugito edo tensei, but she eliminates any kind of buff.

No, this is a field effect. Same with Crimson Fist's Pose of Duel (although Edo Yugito would remove shields and render this ability useless) and Scarlet Blaze's Ninjutsu Urge. It stays as long as main character is alive.
