If you already have Tenten, go for Ningendo if you'd like, he's very useful in ninja exam, PVP teams, ranked and so on. He can be farmed, as mentioned, but if you really want to spend more I'd say just get him unless you have an amazing team with GNW Tenten already. Personally I would save for later events.
