1＃ Go ToThoughts on which one is better? Already have 3* Tenten and around 10 ningendo fragments. Cost around the same for each, 350 points for 70 ningendo (maybe less) or 300 points for 100 frags of tenten.

I'm not sure we can 4-star GNW this event, we can redeem a max of 200 fragments and she starts at 2-star.
Which means 30 frag (2-star) + 80 frags (3-star) + 100 frags (4-star) = 210 frags, so we lack 10 more frags for 4-star atm (if my maths is correct).
But personally, I'd agree with the rest of the posters and aim for GNW Tenten, since she can only be gained through events.
