bugg on ninetails

Hi i have now a really big bugg, i don't say about system request, system request is.null, i'm speaking about that i spend my 30k coins on anbu support+ 30 cupons for kage support and after before the start of ninetails, 1 min before, my screen on game was freezed and i saw only the system error, so i go to refresh but for enter in game i spend more than 1 min, but normaly i need only 10-20 sec max, idk what was going on, so i go to ninetails, but when i enter again, i saw that i didn't have all my supports, and before i spend all my money on nine gates, so i don't know if they let me back my cupons, or if spend it for bugg, bcs before of ninetails start i was inside and all worked good, after that bugg i don't have supports, so anyway i go to att ninetails, but when i arrive to kurama, and i enter in the fight, i w8 al lot of time for that loading, and at the end of 99% he go to freeze like in that screen, so now i want know if i go to spend my cupons and why i get all that bugg and if i can get 1 little recompention for that thing bcs i didn't do that event for that bugg ty
