Gaara was incredibly good for low level meta but now even 4 star is kinda obsolete with all the interrupting ninja like gnw neji and ao especially.

Gaara 2 star is good for ranker
He have big AOE damage now i'm lv61 and still use him
When he using his skill all opponent lost half of his life

gaara, earth main, gnw kankuro, pain jigokudo.... one of best earth line ups I've seen yet ....... two tanks immune to combos... yoir hard pressed to * a negative effect on anyone...

Star means nothing unless the skills change when you star up. One star doesn't give you as much power as you think. You are all very blind on that concept. It will not make the difference in 99.9% of situations.
Gaara in Ranked hits every ninja on the enemy team. It has no limit. Very nice to utilize even as you get stronger ninjas. May not be great on your normal team at this point though. But starting on a fresh server? Worth it just to get 3 star

Well, as early as now, it would be difficult to make combos with it. Especially if you have a few ninjas compatible.

I can only even do max of 4-combos with MB-Chiyo-Temari (2-star) but it's pretty decent to go by at early levels while farming for some good ninjas.
