For now, I would concentrate on getting your Sasuke to three stars, if I were you. That lineup should last you for a while, imo.

Currently you have no ninjas to work with, you can put Kakashi in instead of Sasuke UNTILL you get Sasuke to 3 stars and then use him again. And in the future you might wanna replace Karin with GNW Kankuro/Kabuto depending on your preferences. For now * with this team or just put in Kakashi till you get Sasuke 3* and that's it.
