Well first thing is change your password asap, and if you use same email/password for other stuff you better check those too.

I already did. Whoever entered my account is familiar with this game.
I think everyone should change their passwords to even stronger ones.
It is very sad that they used my Seal Scrolls :( I was saving them for Kage Treasure

Give me ur UID / Server Information and Character Name.

I didn't give anyone my details which is why I'm completely baffled.
I use the client to login most of the time. I do use the Chinese combo simulator but I doubt that has anything to do with this.

So, we got some options here what exactly happened.
1. There was a bug in the Login system, someone got into your account by accident,bought that stuff,used the seal scrolls and logged off. probability: below 1%
2.Someone is using a similar e-mail + password with only small differences on the same server and logged in by accident. probability: below 0,0001 %
3. You got some Spyware on your computer. probability below 10% ( scan your pc with anti virus/anti maleware software)
4. You gave your acc info away and that person is mad at you/wants to troll you.... probability over 90%

But we are not here to accuse you so scan your pc for any stuff that shouldnt be there and change your password to something thats safe everywhere you used the same logins.

It is quite sad that you deleted my account without fixing the problem. If you couldn't fix what happened you should've told me so and I would start collecting Seals again even though it is pain to collect that same amount. It is good that i was f2p and didn't spend money in this game. It be even awful if this happend to a paying player :(

Anyway I'll be gone as you wish me to since I've spent too much time playing in that account that starting over is a nightmare. I hope you improve the security of this game so this doesn't happen to anyone else again.

It's a great game. So thanks for letting me play this long.

Since I believe the person who *ed my account is another player I hope he got what he wanted by accessing my account because the account doesn't exist anymore and hate is not going to undo things.

I cannot change the password of an account that does not exist.

Although it doesn't matter anymore now I really do hope that you did check it thoroughly because if the time you've specified is in fact server time, I logged in 10 minutes before convoy that was in that hour which is, as I believe, after the time you've specified.

That is what is showing on your logs .. Don't accused us for not helping out people. Because if we dont then we will not bother replying on your thread. You can change ur password on the user center. Next time its better to ask than to conclude that there is no way on changing the password. Thanks for the report.

Hello, I believe the issue now is that he's suddenly had his account completely deleted? As in unable to even log into the User Center because the system is unable to detect his account at all?

If this is true, it seems like quite a serious problem. I could be wrong of course, but this is just from inferring the earlier postings. Thank you.

I won't reply to this thread again. The only reason I replied using this account was because I don't want such a thing to happen to anyone else.

I was able to change the password using the forgot password menu on the website but still cannot login.

In the client :- Wrong Username/Password error
In the forum :- Account/Password Error
When I try to login from http://naruto.oasgames.com/en/ :- User Does not exist
